Customer are solely responsible for learning how to use , or learn the best way to use any products purchased on dorybotanika.com we do not provide instructions as there can be many ways for products to be used as these are unique products. NO RETURN EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED by Dory Botanika store credit only at our discretion.

Any questions, concerns or claim regarding an online order must be made in writing via email to us within 5-7 business days upon receipt.

We do not guarantee fragile/glass items unless additional insurance is purchased, we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive to you safely, we have no control over circumstances once the package leaves our store.
